Seawall + Onyx Selected as Pikesville Armory Developer
With deep roots in Baltimore, a developer team has been selected to handle all aspects of bringing the project to life – from community engagement to design to financing, construction, and programming, working in partnership with the nonprofit Pikesville Armory Foundation and community stakeholders.

Celebrating diversity and creating engagement with the communities of Pikesville and the entire Northwest Baltimore is key. Over 40 communities in Baltimore County and Baltimore City were reached during in-person community meetings to discuss the project and the collective vision of Pikesville.
